Hello!
I am a doctoral candidate in Digital Media at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. I am a Black Feminist scholar of New and Interactive Media. I explore ways to make public-facing new media projects less harmful and more inclusive for those that consume and interact with them. I also examine the innovative feminist technopractices of people that use new media to help guide designers to consider non-oppressive ways to create public-facing media cultural productions. My research illuminates the importance of artifacts in Art and Archives and how they can help us gather information to tell more complete stories for cultural productions.
